Chester "Chet" Joseph LeSage, Jr., a resident of Darrow, LA, went Home to be with the Lord on June 24, 2022, at the age of 74. Chet served in the United States Navy as a Gunner on the USS Nitro. He is a retired Longshoreman with over 32 years of service for Cooper T. Smith. He is survived by his brother, Robert LeSage, 2 nephews and 1 niece. Chet is also survived by his life long friends, Charlee and Tracy Medine. Chet had an unwavering faith in God, and his faith only grew stronger in his final years of life. He was preceded in death by his parents, Chester Joseph LeSage, Sr., and Margaret Martinez LeSage. Visitation will be at St. Anthony Catholic Church in Darrow, LA on Tuesday, June 28, at 9 am until Mass of Christian Burial at 11 am. Chet will be laid to rest in Hope Haven Garden of Memory Mausoleum, Hwy. 30 Gonzales, LA. In lieu of flowers please send donations to St. Jude Children's Hospital.
