Colleen Gloria Marchand

A native of New Orleans, LA and resident of Gonzales, LA passed away on June 20, 2012. She was 87 years old. She was preceded in death by her husband Dudley Lucien Marchand Jr; parents Walter Comer, Sr and Mary Lombardo Comer; 4 Sisters Dorothy Comer, Gloria Comer McNab, Lucille Comer Johnson, Emily Comer McCormick; brother Walter (Bubbie) Comer Jr; son in law Terry Joseph Bizette; great grandchild Brooke Bizette. She is survived by her loving children and spouses Bonnie Marchand, Patricia & Steve Picou, Rebecca & Thomas Kennedy, Charmaine Bizette, Dudley & Sophie Marchand, Wayne & Charlene Marchand, Brett & Paulette Marchand; 10 grandchildren; 15 great grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews. A visitation will be held at St. Joseph Catholic Church in French Settlement, LA on Friday June 22, 2012 from 9 a.m. until Mass of Christian Burial at 11 a.m., with Father Jason Palermo celebrant. Burial will follow in St. Joseph Catholic Cemetery. Pallbearers will be Jake Marchand, Kent Cashio Jr, Edward Jenkins, John Picou, Chad Bizette, Tyler Dixon, Blake Jenkins.
