Diane Marie Seidel, passed away on Tuesday, June 29, 2021 at the age of 79. She was born in Jackson Heights, NY and grew up in San Francisco, CA. Diane later became a resident of Gonzales, LA. Diane had a love for sunflowers, dancing, gardening, playing cards, sewing and knitting. She would knit hats for children with cancer. Diane was proud to be a top producer of perfume sales at Macy’s. In her youthful days, she enjoyed performing with Ballet Celeste in San Francisco, dancing at the San Francisco Opera House and performing at the military hospitals. She is preceded in death by her parents, Mary Youck and John Quail; sister, Helen Brusack; brothers, Bill Quail and Tom Quail. She is survived by her loving husband of 24 years, Joel Seidel; daughter, Victoria Miller; son, Vincent Miller; stepchildren, Jodee Spears, Marci Rose (Eric), Stephanie Reiners (Patrick), Rebekah Paton (Lane); brother, John Wilson Quail (Florence); step-grandchildren, Brian and Adam Rose, Hayden and Collin Reiners, Ella and Emmett Paton and many nieces and nephews. Family and friends of Diane are invited to attend the Memorial Visitation on Tuesday, July 6, 2021 at Ourso Funeral Home-Gonzales from 1pm-2pm with Memorial Services immediately following.
