Dustin Charles Capell

Dustin Charles Capell, 44, a resident of Gonzales, LA, passed away on Wednesday, October 23, 2024. Dustin was an electrician by trade. He loved anything outdoors and driving around in his Big Chevy Truck with his rescue dog, Choppa, by his side. He is survived by his mother and step-father, Lenny and Rodney Gremillion; 2 sons, Peyton and Dylan; grandson, Braxton; fiancé, Shara Givens and her children, Gavin, Savannah, Grace, and Gabriel; sister, Chelsey Capell; stepbrothers, Brian (April) Gremillion, and Jeff (Kristen) Gremillion; step-grandmother Bonnie Gremillion; niece, Ava Grace Montague; step-nieces and nephews, Addison, Abby, Gavyn, and Mason; and numerous aunts, uncles and many special cousins. He was preceded in death by his father, Charles “Bubba” Capell; maternal grandparents, Jerry and Ruth Thibeau; paternal grandparents, Joe and Aileen Capell; and step-grandfather, Lester Gremillion. Services for Dustin will be held at St. Mark Catholic Church, 42021 Hwy 621, Gonzales, LA 70737. Visiting will be from 9 AM until the mass of Christian burial at 11 AM, with burial to follow at Carpenter's Chapel Cemetery, 17121 Carpenter's Chapel Rd, Prairieville, LA. My beloved son, your struggle and pain is no more and you have finally conquered your earthly demons. Oh, how you were loved more than you ever knew! I know in my heart, that you are at peace with your Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ, and have been reunited with MawMaw and PawPaw. Forever in my Heart, Love Mom.
