Jesse James Thompson Jr.

A native of Corbin, La. and a resident of Livingston, Jesse passed away on Friday, December 22, 2017 in Denham Springs at the age of 76. Jesse was a carpenter having worked for Jenkins Tile Company and a veteran of the U.S. Navy Peace Time. There will be a visitation at Ourso Funeral Home, Gonzales on Wednesday, December 27, 2017 from 6:00 PM until 8:00 PM with a religious service to take place at 7:30 PM conducted by Bro. Mike Robertson. Jesse is survived by his wife: Donna Aydell Thompson, 1 daughter: Sherry McDaniels and spouse Jeff, 2 sons and daughters-in-law: Brandon and Charlie Thompson, James and Brittany Thompson, 3 sisters and 1 brother-in-law: Mary and Darrell Tate, Joan Jacobson and Sandy Thompson, 1 sister-in-law: Linda Braud, 1 brother and sister-in-law: George and Marcie Thompson, 2 brother-in-laws: Berlin Hunt and Troy Aydell, grandchildren: Zach, Luke and Coralee Thompson, Ray, Raleigh and Hunter Thompson and Sarah and Austin McDaniel, 1 great grandchild: Weston Thompson; special friends, Matt, Jessica, and Alina Uptegrove. Jesse in preceded in death by his parents: Jesse James Thompson, Sr. and Myrtis Louise Threeton Thompson, 1 sister: Betty Hunt, 2 brother-in-laws: Alan Braud and Darrell Jacobson, mother-in-law and father-in-law: Imogene and Wilbert Aydell, nephew: Richard Aydell and niece: Aimee Braud.
