

A native of Mississippi and resident of Gonzales, he passed away May 1, 2012 at theage of 34. He was a retired Army Veteran that, because of the love he had for his country, enlisted to join the military the day after September 11, 2001. He served his country bravely overseas in Iraq and Afghanistan, and received various honors and medals, including a Purple Heart. After retiring from the military, he devoted his life completely to spending time with and loving his children. He is survived by his children, Kelsi, Kayleigh, and Kyler Jones; mother, Teresa Cranston Jones; father, John Bullock; brother, Joe Bullock; step-father, Mark Jones; aunts, Naomi Tarver and Sonja Portier; and numerous cousins and friends. Preceded in death by his grandmother, Sandra D. Cobb; aunt, Charmagne Ikemeier; great-grandmother, Marjorie L. Curet; and great uncle, Armond Curet. There will be a visitation at Ourso Funeral Home, Gonzales, Tuesday, May 8, 2012 from 10 a.m. until services at 11:30 a.m., conducted by Rev. Dan McMasters.
