Marie Camille Malbrough, age 87, of Prairieville, La passed away on Friday, December 27, 2024 surrounded by her loving family. Camille is survived by her loving and devoted husband of 69 years, Robert “Bob” Malbrough; sons, Randy Malbrough (Sherry), and Lionel Malbrough; daughters, Cheryl Malbrough, Linda Malbrough, and Sondra Calamia (Lynn); grandchildren, Ricky Goudeau, Dustin Malina, Keith Goudeau (Dawn), Darren Malbrough, Blake Jenkins (Lainie), Randy Malbrough Jr., Robbie Malbrough, Erin Malbrough, Lacy Lobell, Tiffany Bell, and Addie Williams (Sheen); great-grandchildren, Kayle, and Braxtyn; brother, Eddie Murphy Jr. (Glenda); sister-in-law and brothers-in-law, Myrna and Chris Spelligene and Ralph “Tony” Malbrough and numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. She was preceded in death by her father and mother, Eddie R. Murphy Sr. and Ida Schexnalder Murphy; and siblings, J.D. Murphy, Henry Murphy, Richard Murphy, and Helen Roussel. A visitation for Camille will be held on Friday, January 3, 2025 from 9:30 am until Mass of Christian Burial at 11 am at St. Theresa Of Avila Catholic Church, 1022 N Burnside Ave, Gonzales, La 70737. She will be laid to rest at St. Theresa of Avila Catholic Church mausoleum. Her grandsons will be serving as pallbearers.
