He was a native of Simmesport, LA and a resident of Port Allen, LA. He graduated from Innis Highschool and served in the United States Army where he achieved the rank of ES (Sergeant). In civilian life he worked doing inside counter sales for several companies. He was an avid fisherman and a former member of the East Ascension Sportsman League.
He is survived by his loving wife of 59 years, Willie Marie Kimble and brother Alvin Kimble.
He is preceded in death by his parents, Thomas (T-Bud) Kimble and Bessie Jackson Kimble; three sisters, Vivian Woods, Nellie Bourgeois and Viola Daigrepont; two brothers, Kelly Kimble and Tommy Joe Kimble.
A private graveside service will be held Saturday, June 28, 2025, at 2:00 PM, followed by interment in Prairieville Cemetery to rest but not be forgotten.
