Robert "Bob" Stanley Morris

Robert “Bob” Morris passed away on March 17, 2021 at the age of 90. He was born in High Point, North Carolina on January 20, 1931. He was a loving husband, father, grandfather and friend to many. He is survived by his devoted wife Mary Boiter Morris. He was the father of Robert Morris Jr. (Kyra), James Paul Morris (the late Donna), Brian Christopher Morris (Janet), Todd Randall Turner and the late Kevin Baines Turner. He was fondly known as “Papa” to his lucky 10 grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren. He is preceded in death by his parents Willie and Carl Morris and his brothers; Carl and Richard Morris.

Bob loved spending time with family and friends. He was always a hard worker, which lead him to be a very successful entrepreneur. He was an avid turkey hunter and enjoyed duck hunting too. He could often be found around the house in his flannel shirt with his moon pies and a coke, but most importantly a smile on his face. He was a spit fire with a heart of gold. Bob was without a doubt a wonderful husband to his dear wife and an amazing father and grandfather, family meant so much to him. He was selfless, friendly and would give the shirt off his back to anyone in need. He always would put other before himself, he truly was a unique person. He will truly be missed by all who knew and loved him.
