Robert "Bob" Richardson Sr.

Robert S. Richardson Sr. a native of Baton Rouge, LA and resident of Gonzales, LA died on October 17, 2021 at 4:30 AM at the age of 75. Bob graduated from Baton Rouge High School in 1964. He went on to proudly serve in the US Army. Bob loved his family, was an avid football fan, especially the LSU Tigers and the New Orleans Saints.

He is survived by his wife Pamela Richardson, son, Robert Stephen Richardson Jr. (Sharon), Patrick Richardson (Michelle), step-daughter Tracy Babin (Chris) and step-son, Adam Hoover (Kalyn). Grandchildren, Bryson, Connor, Landon Richardson, Alex and Aidan Babin, and Owen Hoover; brothers, Forrest Woodring Richardson and Samuel Wallace Richardson. He was preceded in death by his brother, James (Jimmy) W. Richardson, his parents and grandparents.

The family would like to extend their gratitude to The Care Team from Heart of Hospice for the compassion and help they have shown.

Family and friends are invited to attend the visitation which will be held at St. Mark Catholic Church on Wednesday, October 20, 2021 from 9:30AM till 11AM. The Funeral Mass will begin at 11AM. Burial will take place on Thursday, October 21, 2021 at Greenoaks Cemetery at 10AM.
