A native of Sydney, Florida and a resident of Gonzales passed away Sunday, Dec. 23, 2012 in Gonzales at the age of 77. He was a plant operator for Borden Chemical. Survived by his wife Jeanette Brown Spinks,3 daughters and sons-in-law: Colleen & Keith Gautreau, Judith & Spike Heintze & Suzette & Kerry Diez, 2 brothers: Everett & Michael Spinks, 8 grandchildren: Megan & Alicia Gautreau, Leah, Jacob & Marla Heintze, Cole, Mason & Shelby Diez. Preceded in death by Parents: Earl C. & Lura Jane Pass Spinks, 1 brother: Wilton Spinks. A Memorial Service will be held on Thursday Dec. 27, 2012 at Southside Church of Christ, Gonzales, La.
