Mr. Lowder retired from the U S Air Force as Lt. Col after 23 years and the State of TN after 15 years; he is survived by his wife of 67 years, Margaret J. Lowder; children, Pamela Allan, David (Peggy) Lowder, Debbie Lowder; three grandchildren and two great –grandchildren.
A celebration of life will be conducted 10:00 Friday in the chapel of Forest Lawn with Bro. John Paul officiating. Burial will follow in Forest Lawn Memorial Gardens with full military honors by the United States Air Force.
Family and friends will gather at a visitation today from 4 until 8 at Forest Lawn.
