GIBBS, Anthony Maurice Died Saturday, February 12, 2011 at his Hendersonville home after a nearly three year battle with brain cancer. Anthony was born June 29, 1956 at Springfield to Richard and Ruth Gibbs of Cross Plains who survive him. Also survived by wife, Janice Gibbs; children, Jennifer (Doug) Koch of DePere, Wisconsin, Amy (Eric) Dishman of Hendersonville and Brandon (Tonya) Gibbs of Gallatin; sisters, Cheryl (Bill) Binkley of Alexandria, Virginia, Yolanda (Joseph) Reid of White House, Farah (Mark) Cook and Dawn Gibbs of Springfield; grandchildren, Taylor and Claire Koch, Jackie and Dorie Dishman and Braeden and Logan Gibbs. Anthony worked as an international software tester for Schneider Electric and was an avid car enthusiast - particularly proud of his 1969 Austin Healey that he and his father, and friend Tommy Hoover rebuilt. Anthony was a member of Good Shepherd United Methodist Church. Funeral services will be Wednesday, February 16, 2011 at 10 a.m., with visitation Tuesday from 3-8 p.m. at Forest Lawn Funeral Home.
