She was born August 2, 1938 in Nashville, TN to John Franklin and Zelda Edens Eddings. She graduated from East High School in 1956. She worked for Washington Manufacturing, Owned and Operated a daycare in Ridgetop, Tn., and Co-owned and was office manager of Carl Logan and Son. She was a devout Christian and prayer warrior. She loved spending time in her flower garden and with her family and friends.
Mrs. Logan was preceded in death by her husband, Carl P Logan, daughter, Carla Logan, father and mother, John Franklin and Zelda Edens Eddings and brother James Eddings.
Mrs. Logan is survived by son Randy (Kathy) Logan, four grandchildren and nine great grandchildren, sisters Wanda (Lanny) Adcock, Cheryl (Steve) Cartwright, brothers Wayne ( Betty) Stanley, Jerry (Barbara) Stanley, five nieces and 2 nephews.
A funeral service will be conducted 2pm Thursday, August 29, 2024 at Forest Lawn Funeral Home with Pastor Sammy Rye officiating. Burial will follow in the Forest Lawn Memorial Gardens with Sam Rider, Lanny Adcock, Clint Rider, Phil Vaught, Cody Rudisill, Brayden Rector serving as pallbearers and Terry Brown and Joe Logan serving as honorary.
Visitation with the family will be held from 4pm until 8pm on Wednesday and from 1pm until 2pm Thursday at the funeral home.
