Floyd M. Fry age 86, passed away Monday, April 30, 2018. Born Saturday, December 12, 1931 in Donelson; a member of Dalewood Baptist Church for over 40 years; he was preceded in death by his parents, George and Jo Fry; wife, Cora Fry; sisters, Clennie Wakefield, Nettie Stafford.
He and Evelyn were members of Good Sam's Camping Club for many years; he also was a member of Jere Baxter Masonic Lodge. He loved his church and was a faithful servant for his Lord.
Mr. Fry is survived by his wife of 26 years, Evelyn Rose Fry; children, Floyd Fry, Jr., Judy (Roy) DePriest Lloyd (Candy) Fry, Kim (Mark) Copeland, George Fry, Tina Fry, Vicky (William) Denney, Lisa (David) Blackburn, Tracy (Mike) Lineberger; 14 grandchildren; 17 great-grandchildren.
A celebration of life will be conducted 10:00 Thursday, May 3, 2018 in the chapel of Forest Lawn with Rev. Ken Castleberry officiating. Pallbearers, Matthew Fry, David DePriest, Josh DePriest, Drew Copeland, Justin Fry, Tyler Fry, Chad Denney, Thomas Denney, Bobby Blackburn and Mitch Higgins.
Family and friends will gather to remember Mr. Fry at a visitation Wednesday, May 2, 2018 from 4:00 until 8:00 at Forest Lawn Funeral Home 1150 S. Dickerson Pike Goodlettsville, TN 37072
