Age 78, passed away May 16, 2014. Preceded in death by his wife, Adeline Ludy.
He is survived by children, Beth (Ralph) Anderson, Linda (Rocky) Scantland, Brenda Ludy, John (Leanne) Ludy; step children, Tony Ford, Tammy (Gary) Demonbreun and Tracy Ford; brother, Jack (Mary) Ludy; grandchildren, Jimmie, Jonathan, Brandy (Robbie), Thad, Blake, Megan (Jessie), Alisha and Kenny; great-grandchildren, Dylan, Tiffany, Tyler, Lane, Conner, Madison, Samantha, Realyn, Emily, Brady and Ethan; long time friend and companion, Betty Cunningham; mother-of-children, Ludie L. Davis.
Visitation will be Sunday, 1-8 p.m. and Monday, 10 a.m. until services at 2 p.m., in the Forest Lawn Chapel.
In lieu of flowers, the family request memorials be made to St. Luke's Community House, 4908 Kentucky Ave., Nashville, TN 37209.
