She is survived by her husband of 52 years, Audie Smith; daughter, Dianne (Billy W.) Davis; her sister, Louise Gammons; her brother, James Claiborne; grandchildren, Emily Davis Hawkins and Frank Davis; great-grandchildren Noah and Gracie Hawkins, Abby and Eli Davis.
Funeral services will be held 12:00 Saturday, June 22, 2013 in the chapel of Forest Lawn Funeral Home with Frank Davis and Charlie Patterson officiating. Burial will follow in Forest Lawn Memorial Gardens. Pallbearers are Bill Davis, Frank Davis, Kevin Hawkins, Noah Hawkins, Jon Anderson, Larry Pedigo, Harold Grisham and Wayland Blankenship.
Family and friends will gather to remember Mrs. Smith at a visitation Friday, June 21, 2013 from 4:00 until 8:00 at Forest Lawn Funeral Home 1150 South Dickerson Road, Goodlettsville, TN
