Smith, Jolene Jewel Vaughan age 86 Passed away on October 1, 2015. Mrs. Smith was a stay at home wife and mom who loved flowers and home crafts and was a great cook. She also attended Hume Fogg High School. She is preceded in death by a daughter-in-law Lorraine Smith. Mrs. Smith is survived by her husband of 69 years, Clarence Smith. Mrs. Smith is also survived by her sons, Gary (Rosemary) Smith, Ronnie (Janice) Smith, David Smith, Mike (Debbie) Smith and a sister Joyce Martin, 9 grandchildren, 9 great-grandchildren and 6 great-great-grandchildren. Visitation will be held on Sunday October 4 th from 4:00pm until 8:00pm and on Monday October 5 th from 9:00am until 10:00am with a Celebration of Life service at 10:00am at Forest Lawn Funeral Home with Ken Castleberry officiating. David Smith, Phillip Smith, Steve Smith, Jeff Smith, Daniel Smith, Garrett Smith, Jake Smith and Nathan Smith will serve as pallbearers.
