Passed away February 9, 2017
Proceeded in death by her Father Fred Pirtle Jr. and brother Ronnie Pirtle.
Survivors include her husband Charles Capps, mother Sylvia Pirtle ,sisters Wanda Pirtle, Cynthia Adams (Scotty) brother Frank Pirtle(Wanda) several nieces and nephews and long-time friends Cathey Phillips and Tommy Shadden of Nashville.
Judy was owner, operator of Judy’s Hair Perfections of Inglewood for over 30 years.
She was loved by all and will be sadly missed.
Memorial Service will be Saturday, February 18, and Sunday, February 19, from 12 to 4 p.m. at her shop at 1107 McGavock Pike. In lieu of flowers please make donations to Charles Capps in memory of Judy.
