Mrs. Cook was known as loving wife, mother and grandmother. She is survived by her husband of 49 years, Bobby R. Cook; daughters, Melissa Cook Williams and Michelle Renee (Bradley) Bivens; grandsons Tyler Bivens, Alex Williams and Jordan Bivens; siblings; John Roberts, Homer Roberts, Martha Ponleit, James Roberts, Carol Mee, Ann Birdwell, Virginia Jackson, Barbara Stevens, Mike Roberts and Judy Roberts.
Visitation will Be Thursday 3-8PM, a celebration of life will be held at 2PM Friday in the Forest Lawn Chapel with Brother Bob Carroll officiating. Interment will follow in Forest Lawn Memorial Gardens.
