Peggy Ozanne Stafford, 87, passed away Friday, October 4, 2024, she was born Saturday, October 2, 1937, in Goodlettsville, Tennessee to George Ozanne and Hazel Raines. Peggy is proceeded in death by her husband, Doug Stafford, Brother Larry Ozanne, sister Gail Gray.
Peggy was married to Robert Douglas (Doug) Stafford on July 22, 1968; they were married 54 years.
Peggy worked many years at Dupont then retired to pursue her love of quilting and sewing. She enjoyed gardening, bird watching and watching sports on television.
Peggy is survived by three sons. Tim Pike (Sharon), Thomas Pike, and Shane Stafford (D’Ann). Sisters; Patsy Draper, Carolyn Cook and Karen Ozanne Gray . Grandchildren; Brittanye Schexnayder, Lindsey Camp (Jon) and Skylar Jordan. Several precious great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
Friends and family will gather to remember Peggy at a visitation Wednesday, October 9, 2024 from 12:00 until 2:00 at Forest Lawn Funeral Home. A celebration of life will follow at 2:00 with Bro. J. D. Tyler officiating.
Burial will be in the Garden of The Last Supper at Forest Lawn Memorial Gardens.
