

Reba Sue Webb was born on March 10, 1940, to Luther and Marie Buchanan of Waverly, Tennessee. At a young age, her family relocated to Nashville, Tennessee, where she was raised in a loving Christian home.
Sue worked for many years at Braid Electric as an account manager. After retiring, she devoted her time to serving others by volunteering as a receptionist at Christ Worship Center in White House, TN. She was an avid reader and enjoyed traveling and shopping. Some of her favorite destinations included Gatlinburg, Tennessee, and Branson, Missouri.
Warm and friendly, Sue had a special way of making people smile wherever she went. She loved her family with all her heart and would do anything possible for them.
She was preceded in death by father, Luther Buchanan; mother, Marie Buchanan; husband, Elijah Webb; granddaughters, Michelle and Melissa; and brother, Kenneth Buchanan.
She is survived by her four daughters: Sheila Eldridge (Jeff), Robbie Smith (Steve), Diane Treadway (Greg), Denise Tate (Dwayne) and stepson David Webb (Kathy). She is also survived by eight grandchildren—LeeAnn Mayes, Holli (Bryan)Huling, Stephanie (Matt) Plunkett, Seth Smith, Christi (Brent)Page, Nathan (Derricka) Tate, Cortnie (Mike) Tasber, and Jennifer Treadway—and 14 great-grandchildren.
Sue passed from this life on January 1, 2026, at the age of 85, in Madison, Tennessee. At the time of her passing, she resided at The Carriages of Rivergate.
A Celebration of Life service will be held at Forest Lawn Funeral Home and Memorial Gardens on January 6, with visitation from 12:00 to 2:00 p.m., followed by the service at 2:00 p.m. Interment at Forest Lawn will immediately follow. Reverend Dwayne Tate and Reverend Steve Smith will officiate.
