Theresa Jane Taylor

She is survived by her sons, Michael Taylor (Judy), Terry Taylor (Debra Dornan), and Houston Taylor (Sharon); eight grandchildren; fifteen great-grandchildren. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, relatives, and friends.

She is preceded in death by her husband James Howard Taylor and her parents, James Hampton and Annie Belcher Spurlin.

Mrs. Taylor loved to watch and attend racing events. She also loved the Atlanta Braves and she always talked about when her sons took her to one of their games. She cherished her family and the life that she was blessed with.

A visitation for Theresa will be held Wednesday, March 9, 2022 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Forest Lawn Funeral Home & Memorial Gardens, 1150 South Dickerson Road, Goodlettsville, TN 37072. A visitation will also be held Thursday, March 10, 2022 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM. A celebration of life service will occur Thursday, March 10, 2022 at 12:00 PM. Interment will follow in the Forest Lawn Memorial Gardens.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Avalon Hospice (Avalon Hospice-avalonhospicecare.us) in Theresa’s honor.
