Walter Joseph Zajac "Wally", age 46 of Old Hickory, Tennessee has passed away late Sunday night, July 21st, 2019. He was born in Detroit, Michigan on August 31st, 1972 with parents Joseph William Zajac, and Carol Ann Zajac. Anyone that knew Wally knew he was the kindest, funniest guy with the greatest soul you would ever meet. Wally loved hiking the trails, and enjoying the great out doors. Wally is survived by his Daughter Callie Zajac, His Father Joseph Zajac, three siblings Sherry, Joe, and David, and four nieces, and a nephew. Walter was very loved, and the most intelligent guy around.
My daddy was sweet. My dad was gentle. My dad didn't have much, but he would share what he did have. My dad was 'rich' with friends, not money, and thats something no amount of money could ever buy. My dad was the strongest person I knew, and he was untouchable in my eyes. He was the hulk, he had been through everything a person could possibly go through, and done so many things a normal person couldn't. That is what made him so strong, and thats what made me just like my father. You have taught me so much in 22 years, that will get me through this life. I know I have you every step of the way with me, and I know your with me, because I don't feel alone. You will never know how proud of you I truly am , and that you could never let me down. I hate that you had to go home to be with God so early, but I'm happy your not down here battling demons anymore. I love you dad, save me a seat next to you.
