

Byron was a proud and dedicated servant of his country. After high school, he enlisted in the U.S. Army, where he served for 15 years as an Airborne Ranger. His commitment to duty and honor was evident throughout his military career, and he was honorably discharged in 1992. After his service, Byron pursued a career in HVAC, earning his certification and working in the industry until his retirement in 2017.
Byron was one of seven siblings and had a heart as big as his love for his family. His devotion to those he loved was unwavering, and he fought to protect them throughout his life. He had a deep affection for his country and will be greatly missed by all who knew him.
He is survived by his loving wife, Marie Price; his daughter, Tearra Runion; his sons, Cory, Tevin, and Devin Price; his sisters, Adonica Price and Vanessa Jones; his brothers, Gary and Greg Price; and his nine cherished grandchildren.
A visitation will be held on February 12, 2025, from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at Thompson Funeral Chapel. Burial will follow at 2:00 PM at the National Memorial Cemetery of Arizona on the same day.
Byron’s memory will live on in the hearts of his family and friends, and his sacrifice and love for his country will never be forgotten.
