

Paul began his career in the restaurant industry during high school and soon developed a lifelong passion for food. After graduating, he moved to Arizona, where his career truly flourished. At Butch O’Leary’s, Paul made lasting friendships and built a network that would continue to support him throughout his professional journey. His career took another positive turn when he joined Sysco Foods, where he spent over 20 years. There, Paul earned numerous awards and accolades, while cultivating meaningful relationships with coworkers and clients. After retiring from Sysco, Paul continued his work in the food industry at Del Monte Fresh Arizona, further solidifying his reputation as a dedicated and personable professional.
A proud Wisconsin native, Paul was an avid fan of the Green Bay Packers and Wisconsin Badgers. He enjoyed hunting in his home state of Wisconsin and cherished the many trips he took with his brothers to attend the Rose Bowl. Paul had a deep love for cooking shows and outdoor activities. He was also known for his adventurous spirit, particularly his frequent trips to Mexico with his close friend. His love for food extended beyond his work life – Paul had a true appreciation for anything made with care and attention, from a delicious meal to a well-crafted experience.
Paul was a fun-loving yet serious individual. His sense of humor was infectious, and he always knew how to bring joy to those around him. He had an incredible ability to connect with people and formed lasting bonds wherever he went. Whether hunting, attending food shows, or simply spending time with family and friends, Paul always found ways to celebrate life. His compassion, willingness to help others, and soft-hearted nature made him someone people could always rely on. His family and friends knew him as someone who would do anything for the people he cared about.
Paul’s hobbies included hunting, target shooting, and spending quality time with loved ones. He will be deeply missed for his ability to brighten any room and for the countless memories he leaves behind.
Paul is survived by his sister, Cheney Bishop; brothers, Craig Bishop, Brian Bishop, and Todd Baldzikowski; and mother, Nancy Gianoli. He was preceded in death by his father, Peter L. Bishop.
