My heart goes out to Tammy and her family with the passing of Precious Ms Alice. I have fond childhood memories of the kindness shown from Ms Alice because she treated me just like I was one of her kids..
I was always amazed with the wonderful meals even though it wasn't Thanksgiving or Christmas. I loved sitting at the table and eating with the family because I felt the warmth and love at that table. 
That table was a special family place because Ms Alice would sit there and put on her make up every morning as she joked around and laughed with Tammy and I.  Carly and  Tadpole would come in and sit down to talk and joke around with their mom too. It was so comfortable and loving.
Ms Alice was always so beautiful inside and out! Tammy and I would laugh because if we snuck out in the middle of the night to make a sandwich her mom would come out and help us and sit with us and talk and laugh. We laughed because when Tammy and I would sneak to make a sandwich at my house, I would get in trouble ha ha! Ms Alice was the one that put medicine on our butts because we had blisters from riding the horses.
I pray for peace for Tammy and her family in knowing that Ms Alice Is reunited with loved ones and rejoicing in ways we cannot fully understand yet. Much love and hugs!

Our deep condolences in the loss of your beautiful mother.  She was always Aunt Alice to us and such a sweet, gracious woman.  My mom has so many stories of their friendship in Tennessee and Florida.  🙏🏼💐🙏🏼

Aunt Alice will be dearly missed. She will always be my favorite Aunt. Everytime we were able to get together she would talk about stories from my childhood. I loved to sit and listen to her. Tammy and Carly my heart goes out to you both. Sending love and prayers

Such a perfect photo - she loved to read - and always had her Bible nearby.  I loved her so - and I called her Mama.  She told me she wouid be my mama since I lost mine 😥.  I will cherish our visits - she was always complimenting and eager to know what I’ve been doing.  We last spoke on the phone and she knew I had recently lost  my son.  She reassured me we were going to be reunited when it’s our time - like her and  Charles (so funny she never called him Tadpole).  Tammy I know how hard this is for you and I pray that you are able to go on knowing how much she loved you.  You dedicated your life to provide the best care for her and she knew that.  She will always be with you.

So sorry to hear my childhood friend Alice from 🏡 Tennessee  has passed, we spent a lot of time playing together, nextdoor to each other, lots of good memories.  My condolences to her family💔
