

Milam, Ann E. 87, Winter Garden passed away peacefully December 10, 2010 following surgery and a brief illness. Ann was born 3/2/23 in Anniston, AL. Preceded in death by her beloved husband of 43 years C.D Milam and by her parents Robert and Mary Elizabeth Ponder. Ann was the last surviving member of a large family including 6 brothers and 2 sisters. Moving to Winter Garden 64 years ago, Ann and C. D. were citrus growers for many years before going into the landscape business. With such a passion and positive outlook on life, Ann never met a stranger and always had a ready smile and warm demeanor for everyone. The matriarch of her family will be remembered for her love of the outdoors, family, friends and pets. She is survived by her sons; Marshall (Jane) Milam and Chuck (Susan) Milam; and by her daughters Lynda Milam Crews and Glenda Milam (Jerry) Warren. Grandchildren Gary (Jerrea) Milam, David Milam, Jimmy Milam, Amanda Milam (Brandon) Case, John (Cari) Dee, Justin Dee, Sarah Van Alstine; Great-grandchildren Ian Milam, Carrie Milam, Alayna Milam, Destiney Milam, Brianna Milam, Josephine Dee and Thomas Dee as well as many nieces, nephews and special friends.
