Betty Jean (Pauley) Fox

She was born on August 15, 1938 in Sod, West Virginia to the late Troy R. Pauley & Barbarene (Jones) Pauley. Betty graduated from Stonewall Jackson High School in Charleston, WV. In 1961, while on vacation in Florida (Brevard County), she met and soon married her husband, Bruce Fox. She worked as a clerk/typist for Pan American World Airways - GMRD (Guided Missile Range Division). Many of her typing results were used by astronauts and technicians in the space program. After a couple of years in New York, Betty, Bruce and daughter, Sherri, returned to Florida. Following the birth of her son, Brian, her life turned to loving and giving sacrificially to her husband, children and grandchildren. In-between times, you might have found her enjoying crafts and painting.

She was preceded in death by her daughter, Sherri Lyne Pollard and brother, Phil Pauley (Charleston, WV).

Betty is survived by her loving husband, Donald Bruce Fox (Orlando); son, Brian D. Fox (Orlando); granddaughter, Skylar Jean Fox (Orlando); grandsons, Leonard Pollard III (Hockessin, Delaware) and Jamie Pollard (Orlando); great-grandsons, Brady Pollard (Virginia Beach, VA) and Evan Pollard (Delaware) and sister, Kathy Pauley Rubino (Hawaii).
