

Charles (Chuck) Youngs of Orlando, Florida and Oak Bluffs, Massachusetts passed away on the morning of March 3, 2010 at his home in Orlando. He was 79 years old. He was born in Providence, Rhode Island, the son of Charles and Ruth Youngs.
Chuck leaves behind the love of his life, Anne Sharon (Whitehead) Youngs, his wife of 43 years. He is also survived by his sister, Carolyn Cerio and her husband Edward and brother, Richard of Warwick, Rhode Island, 2 sons, Charles and his wife Carol of Cincinnati, Ohio, Fred of Methuen, Massachusetts, daughter, Denise Youngs of Cincinnati, Ohio and 5 grandchildren. Chuck leaves behind many nieces and nephews, including Bertha and Danny Blake of Oak Bluffs.
Chuck served his country in the United States Navy and was later employed by the New England Telephone Company for 35 years. He was a man on honor and great integrity. His kindness overflowed on all who were lucky enough to be called his friend. Chuck was an avid reader who loved to socialize, watch television, go to the beach, but most of all Chuck never missed his daily trip to Publix where he will be greatly missed by the employees there. He was a culinary expert and a fabulous host. His famous platters of hors d'oeuvres, tomato pie, corn chowder, shepards pie and chicken soup, all which can not be replicated were enjoyed by his many friends in the Campgrounds in Oak Bluffs and also in his Orlando home. His great sense of humor and witticisms kept everyone smiling and laughing when they were with him. Chuck had a love for all animals especially his Lil' Girlie, Maggie.
