Phil and I enjoyed the time we spent with Chuck and Joyce over dinners and bowling. Chuck’s warm personality and love for his family was to be admired. On our last get together, he was not feeling well but managed to enjoy (for the first time) the tv show, Battlebots. That day stands out in our minds because it was the last moments we laughed together. We were blessed to have had the opportunity to know him.  
We will always fondly remember Chuck. 

My deepest sympathies to Chucks entire family. What a wonderful husband, father and brother he was.

Chuck was a neighbor of ours for a number of years.  I remember talking with him at the yard sale just before he and Joyce moved to the beach.  I was going to buy a fishing rod he had for sale but instead he gave it to me.  Marjorie and I will miss him.  Our thoughts and prayers go out to Joyce and Katie.  Ken and Marjorie Feland.

We were starting a wonderful friendship with a wonderful couple in New Smyrna Beach. Chuck was the kindest soul we have had the pleasure of knowing. He will be missed.

I remember my best friend Joyce telling me she found "the one".  Soon I met Chuck and it was easy to see why.  His laugher, smile and sense of humour was contagious.  He was caught often staring at Joyce and being honest, he admitted he couldn't believe she accepted his hand in marriage.  What a wonderful man who graced this earth with his presence.  His spirit will be forever within us . . . with love forever, Bill & Marcella

Chuck was truly "one of the best".  He will be missed by everyone.
