He was born in Long Branch, New Jersey on February 27, 1931. Frank graduated from Long Branch High School and then served in the U.S.A.F. as a radar tech.
He was married to Margaret Hill on December 29,1951. Frank was an engineer in the electronics industry and had a passion for family, the outdoors, and computers.
Frank was preceded in death by his wife of 49 years, Margaret, in 2001.
He was survived by his three children, Lorraine Staetter, Apopka, Frank Barry, Wekiva Springs, and Lisa Karnitz, Apopka, as well as 7 grandchildren and 4 great grandchildren.
Funeral arrangements will be held at 10:30am, Saturday, May 20, at Woodlawn Memorial Park & Funeral Home, 400 Woodlawn Cemetery Road, Gotha, Florida.
