Harry is survived by his loving wife, Lisa, and four children - Michael (Sarah), Keith, Marcus, Alexis, five grandchildren (Caden, Landen, Marcus Jr., Maya, Amari) and two brothers, Kendall & Carlos. He was predeceased by his mother, Lilian, and his father, Harry Sr.
Harry was born on February 21, 1968 in Detroit Michigan. The middle child of three, he grew up loving athletics, playing basketball with his friends and excelling at baseball during his time at Henry Ford High School where he would graduate in 1986. From a young age, faith was at the center of Harry's life. He and his brothers grew up in his grandmother's church where he and his brother, Carlos, came up singing in the choir. At 18, Harry had two choices: the armed forces or college. But he had an immense love for technology so that passion drove him to move to Columbus, Ohio where he would graduate from DeVry University with a degree in Applied Science & Engineering. That knowledge would then lead him into the commercial phone system business where he would meet the love of his life, Lisa. They married in 1995 and were a family from the start with Harry graciously taking in three boys as his own. The family then grew by 1 more when his baby girl Alexis was born.
What made Harry so special was how he treated others. He was always kind, selfless and consistent. He always made it a point to put others first and seeing his friends and family happy brought him the most joy. After the family moved to Orlando Florida, some of his proudest moments were seeing all of his children graduate and go on to achieve their dreams.
That love for technology mentioned earlier wasn't just at the workplace. Harry loved having all of the latest "gadgets" and one of his favorite life-long hobbies included playing video games with his sons (and he didn't like to lose--at anything). Harry loved his sports, especially his Michigan Wolverines and all Detroit-area sports teams.
A memorial service for Harry will be held Sunday, January 8, 2023 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at Woodlawn Funeral Home, 400 Woodlawn Cemetery Road, Gotha, Florida 34734, followed by a reception from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM.
