Jeanette Bishop Fyler, age 92, of Orlando, Fl, passed away on July 10, 2015. Jeanette, known to family and friends as” Jean", was born on March 26, 1923 in Santa Monica, Ca, to the late Ernest and Addie Brogden.
Jean grew up in Savannah, GA and later moved to Orlando. She recently spent several years at an Air Force Retirement community in Fort Walton Beach before returning again to Orlando. Jean had worked at the Orlando Air Force Base as a civil service secretary. She was a loving Mother, wife, and homemaker.
Jean was preceded in death by her first husband, Joseph Keenan Bishop, and later by Calvin Robert Fyler. Survivors include her three children, Susan Fyler Wilson and husband Tim of Orlando, Jeanette Fyler Cunningham and husband George of Acworth, Ga, and Calvin Robert Fyler, Jr. and wife Noralee of Oviedo, eight grandchildren, and nine great-grandchildren. Graveside services will be held at 11am on Saturday, July 18, at Woodlawn Memorial Park, 400 Woodlawn Cemetery Road, Gotha, FL, with the Reverend John G. Fisher officiating. Family will receive friends at 10am at Woodlawn Funeral Home.
