Jerome Sanderford Dunn, Jr. 95, of Orlando, Florida, passed away on February 13, 2016. Born on January 21, 1921 in Vienna, Dooly County, Georgia, he was the son of the late, Jerome Sanderford Dunn and Emma Lou Barrow Dunn. He served in the U.S. Navy from 1942-1945 during WWII and received a letter from President Truman thanking him for his military service. He was also the retired owner of Central Plastering Company. Jerome is survived by his loving wife, Evelyn; sons, Laurin (Brenda), Marvin (Norma) and Allen (Dianne); grandchildren, Laurin Jr. (Kellie) Dunn, Chris (Lita) Dunn, Kevin Dunn and Melissa Heslep; great grandchildren, Jeremiah, Noah and Cameron Dunn, Ana Belen Calle and Brissa Dunn. He was preceded in death by his parents; and siblings, Hubert E. Dunn, Marcus E. Dunn and Georgia M. Fulford. Funeral services will be conducted on Monday 2/22 at 1pm at Woodlawn Memorial Park and Funeral Home. Family will receive friends on Sunday from 3 to 6 pm also at the funeral home.
