My heart was broken today when I learned of Charlie’s passing. I am  a bow vendor that stops by his shop, and am also a customer. His friendly happy attitude was a highlight of my day when I stopped in to see him.  I loved chatting with him and really was so moved by his kind soul and relaxed demeanor. He will be greatly missed but he will be someone who stays in my heart! 

My condolences to Barbara and all of Charlie’s Family. Groom a Rama was my dogs second home. Charlie was my best friend for 20 years, I don’t when I will believe he’s gone, I saw him 3 days before he passed. I know he’s at peace from pain, but I’m going to miss him always.

The good relationship of Joseph Charles Dennis Kiley towards his client at GROOM-A-RAMA, Pet Grooming Salon will never be forgotten by many.  Charles compassionate loving touch to every pet, especially the care that his staff gave to my Shitzu dog "Manny" was remarkable.  I and my dog will miss Charles, but he is now in much better place in heaven.  

God is always there to see our broken heart.   And HE is always there to make us whole again with HIS love during this difficult time.

My heart is heavy, I called the shop today to make an appointment for my Chase and found out that Charlie had passed, what a blow that was, my condolences to his family, he was an excellent groomer and friend, very professional, he will be missed 😢
