Born in Homestead, Florida, to Donald & Betty (Hall) Strandberg on November 28th, 1956, Kim was known as quiet and strong.
He worked for Disney in theme park management for a number of years, and late was commissioned to help begin another theme park in Jakarta.
Kim was a part of The Summit Church - the Herndon campus. He enjoyed building model airplanes like his father, fishing and motorcycling.
Kim is survived by his two sons, Michael and Brian, his parents, brother, Michael L. Strandberg and his granddaughter, Haley.
A short Memorial Service will be held Tuesday, January 6th, 2015 at 1:00pm in the Cathedral Church of St. Luke, in the Armed Forces Chapel courtyard.
Arrangements have been entrusted to Woodlawn Funeral Home in Gotha, Florida.
