Sandy, you came to mind and I remember when we performed at the Walt Disney World Contemporary Hotel, Top of the World. We continued our friendship for many years. I’m so sorry we didn’t say good-bye. You are now singing for the angels. What a beautiful voice.

Fond memories of meeting Sandy and his Dad on the beach of Copacabana in Rio de Janeiro in the late 1970s. Kept in contact (via my sister, Ann) and visited Sandy in Winter Park when I came to the USA to visit family. It was fun as well in Monte Carlo in 1984 when I met Paul Anka in the elevator at the Hotel de Paris and we exchanged stories about our mutual friend.

Two years ago today Sandy transitioned into Heaven, but he remains in our thoughts and hearts always and we can still see his smile and hear his gentle voice.  We miss him but know he is safe and at peace and is watching over us until we are all together again.

Sandy was showing his house to me, my mom & my friend, Chris, when we were up in Mount Dora. He was a great friend & i am sorry he passed away.   The last time we saw him we invited him out to lunch in downtown Mount Dora.  He told us so much about his life & music & Paul Anka etc.  We talked politics quite a bit too. We drank Lakewood Organic beet juice together & i’d pick it up at the local Walmart.  His death is a very big loss. He looked so healthy. He is sorely missed by all of us. 💔

I want to now add this memory as you were always the brother I never had and we were close for so many years that it's hard to imagine life without you.  You will always be with me in my heart and in the hearts of alI whose lives you touched.  You were there for me during so many hard times and that memory will never fade.  I love you and I will miss you forever, but I know you are with God  and are at peace.

I was so sorry to hear of Sandy's passing.  I wasn't close to Sandy but it was a pleasure to have known him.  I know how much he loved his kids and grand kids based on all the many sacrifice he made.  I really respected that in him.  He was very committed to his family and he showed it every day.  Rest well.  You will be missed.

Over a time span of many, many years,  
Sandy’s unique, genuine, and loving disposition never diminished.   His vibrant smiles were contagious, his kind heart was godly and his manner reflected a sincere gentleman.   
Above all his love for his children was paramount.  
Oh, how he loved them ~ the apple of his eye!

It has been my privilege and blessing to have known him.  My sincere condolences and prayers are with you.
