Marty Lowery

Marty was born in Orlando, Florida, and attended West Orange High School. He dedicated 34 years of service to CenturyLink, where he built strong relationships and was known for his hard work and reliability.

On July 16, 1988, Marty married his high school sweetheart, Kristi (Baird) Lowery, and together they shared 37 wonderful years of marriage. Marty was a devoted husband, father, and grandfather whose family meant everything to him.

An avid outdoorsman, Marty found joy in hunting, fishing, boating, and traveling. He loved spending time on the water and in nature, and he passed that love of the outdoors on to his children and grandchildren.

Marty is survived by his loving wife of 37 years, Kristi; his sons Michael Wayne (Chelsea) and Cody Ryan Lowery; and his cherished grandchildren Brody, Caroline, Blake, and Eli. He is also survived by his brothers Brent (Jeanie) and Jeff (Tina) Lowery, along with his nieces Morgan, Erin, Taylor, and Sydney.

He is preceded in death by his parents, James and Sharon Lowery.

A funeral service will be held at Woodlawn on Tuesday, September 9th at 10:30 a.m., with a reception to immediately follow at Woodlawn.

Marty’s legacy is one of love, laughter, and adventure, and he will be deeply missed by all who knew him.
