Mary L. Perdue, 92, of Melbourne, Florida passed away on September 22, 2021 surrounded by her family. She was born on November 6, 1928 in Decatur, Illinois to the late James Ralph and Mabel Pearl (Gray) Bates. Mary was a homemaker who enjoyed crochet and knitting and was an avid reader.
She is preceded in death by her husband, Louie Clayton Perdue. Survivors include her children, James (Rita) Perdue and Yvonne “Bonnie” (Ed) Budy; grandchildren-Lance Perdue, Chris Budy (Akiko), Leonard Perdue, Tiffany (Budy) Vasquez (Luke) and great grandchildren-Bonnie Perdue, Gabrielle Vasquez, Shoyji Budy, Isabelle Vasquez, Takashi Budy, and Adriana Perdue.
A visitation will be held at 10am, Tuesday, October 5, 2021 with a Funeral Service at 11am at Woodlawn Funeral Home. Interment will follow at Woodlawn Memorial Gardens.
