Paul Richard Wagoner, 67, of Crestview, Florida passed away on Thursday April 16, 2015. Paul was born in Independence, Virginia on March 14, 1948 to the late John and Aleene Wagoner. Paul was preceded in death by his brother Jeffrey Wagoner. He is survived by his brothers, Donnie Wagoner, Robert Wagoner, his sister, Joyce Bartlett, two daughters, Crystal and Nicole and five grandsons.
