She was born on August 17, 1914 in Berbice, Guyana and later moved to Canada and then to the United States.
She is survived by her five generations of grandchildren, great grandchildren and great, great grandchildren.
She is also survived by her four sons; White, Black Boy, Reds and Ramban and four daughters; Sheila, Ida, Ester and Dato.
Mai was kind, quiet, caring and most of all everyone will miss the love and helpfulness that overflows from her heart. She always places others before her and will be missed tremendously by everyone’s life that she has touched.
Viewing will be held on Thursday February 14th from 5 P.M to 8 P.M.
Final memorial services will be conducted on Friday, February 15, 2013 from 8:30am - 11:00am.
