Russell E. Welker, 96, of Orlando, Florida passed away on December 5, 2014 at his home. He was born on July 8, 1918 in New Castle, Pennsylvania to the late F. E. and Verna (Robinson) Welker. Russ was a veteran of the United States Air Force. He was a sales manager in the nursery industry for many years along with working for Ford. Russ is preceded in death by his parents and daughter, Deborah Fitch. Survivors include his his wife, Karen Welker; sons, Russell E. Welker, Jr., Gregory Welker and Douglas Welker; daughter, Wendy (Bryan) Smith; brother, Richard Welker; sister, Meam Hill; eight grandchildren and two great grandchildren.
