She was born in Greenville, Michigan on September 6, 1956 to Gene Thurber and Vivian Lamb. Sharon attended the University of Wisconsin and later went on to work as an Office Supervisor for Florida Hospital Waterman.
Sharon enjoyed reading and spending time at the beach. She will be remembered for her quick smile, positive attitude, and helpful hands.
She is survived by: her loving husband, Michael; son, Mason; daughter, Sarah; sisters, Faye Sanduval, Joanne Johnson, and Kathy Thurber; and brother James Thurber.
