Tonie and her husband, Jay Logsdon, raised their family in Madison, Indiana, before relocating to Tallahassee, Florida, in 1979. Following Jay's passing in 2002, Tonie moved to Orlando to be near her family.
She was preceded in death by her beloved husband, Jay Logsdon; her parents, Viola and Hurley Jeffries; and her children, Tony Logsdon, Jayna Jones, and Julie Logsdon.
She is survived by her daughter, Tammy Lamm and her husband John; her sisters, Dianne Tullis and her husband Junie, and Mabel Waas; as well as her grandchildren Tara Ellis, Jordan Kimmel, Bridgette Hopkins, Kristen Petersen, Kara Collin, and Kyle Lamm. She also leaves behind ten great-grandchildren.
Tonie was the guiding light of her family. She was a positive role model who shared her wisdom and love with all who knew her. Her legacy of kindness and warmth will forever be etched in the hearts of those she touched.
A family memorial and Celebration of Life will be held on April 13, 2025, at Woodlawn Memorial Park in Gotha, Florida.
