Survived by his wife Carole M. Hulvey, children, Teresa (Randy) Ersch of Edgewater, Michael Hulvey (Taft) and step-children Donald Easton (Sheryl) of North Carolina, Miles Easton (Port Orange), Penny Ratcliff (Donald) of Tennessee and Michael Easton (Adrienne) of South Carolina and 9 grandchildren.
William participated in WWII and the Korean War as a member of the U.S. Navy. He was a member of the Bahia Shrine where he was a Children's Director and Senior Ambassador. He was also a member of the Veterans of Foreign War Post #4287. He liked playing cards with his friends, he was a wiz at crossword puzzles and he loved spending time with his sweetie.
