

WILLIAM L. “BILL” WISE (sweet Willie to those who knew him well), 80 of Orlando, FL passed away on Jan 9th 2011. He was born in Ocoee, FL on May 22, 1930 and graduated from Orlando High School. Bill was a man of many hats, he was a City of Orlando Police Officer, an ATF agent and the budget commissioner for Orange County. He was the owner of multiple successful businesses, including a pawn shop, a restaurant and a barber shop. He was the proud owner of a stock car racing team and the owner/operator of A-1 Bail Bonds and A&W Paving. After retirement he became a court mediator for the Orange County court system. Bill was a proud member of the Masonic Lodge, Elks Lodge and a Bahia Shriner, all for many years. He is survived by Louise, his wife of 59 years, daughters Diane of Orlando, FL and Jane of Cortez, FL and their families, four grandchildren and two great grandchildren. Bill was well known throughout the City of Orlando and its surrounding areas and will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved him. Memorial Service will be held at 12:00 p.m., Saturday, January 15, 2011 at Woodlawn Funeral Home. Memorial donations may be made to the American Heart Association.
