Grace E. Bellamy

Grace E. Bellamy – Age 78, went to be with Jesus Friday, October 17, 2014 at Olive Branch in Perry, Michigan. Grace was born April 17, 1936 in New Haven, New York the daughter of the late Roy and Florence Woodward. She attended Central Church of the Nazarene in Flint, Michigan. Mrs. Bellamy retired from General Motors where she was a welder. To be closer to her grandchildren Grace worked at Grand Blanc Public Schools in the cafeteria and as a hall monitor. Surviving are her children, Andrew (Ann) Walker of Grand Blanc, Patricia Walker of Chicago; grandchildren, Chris (Linda) Walker, Matt, Tim and Zach Walker; great grandson, Samuel; sisters, Elsie Dutcher, Laura (George) Klochko, Fanny Yablonski; brother, Glen (Marie) Woodward. Mrs. Bellamy was preceded in death by her husband Walter Bellamy, sister, Mable Miller, brothers, William and Arnold Woodward. The family would like to thank the staff at Olive Branch in Perry, Michigan for their wonderful care. A Funeral Service will be held 1 p.m. Saturday, October 25, 2014 at Hill Funeral Home, 11723 S. Saginaw St., Grand Blanc, MI. with visitation from 10 until the time of service. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to the Michael J. Fox Foundation for Parkinson’s Research.
