A memorial service will be held at St. Mark the Evangelist Catholic Community (7296 Gale Rd., Grand Blanc, MI 48439) on Saturday, Jun. 1 at 11AM, with visitation at 10AM. A lunch will be served immediately following the service. Larry was born in Mayville, Mich. on Dec. 11, 1932 to Carlton and Florence Turner. He married Joan Sefa on Aug. 18, 1962 in Flint, Michigan. He retired from General Motors in 1979, where he was employed for 28 years. He was a veteran of the Korean War, having served in both the United States Army and Air Force. Larry is survived by his wife, Joan Turner, children Brian Turner, Paul Turner (Elena), Anne-Marie Gullo (David) and Todd Turner (Cheryl), along with 11 grandchildren.
