Philip L. Palmer passed away quietly at home on January 18th. He is survived by his sons; Ronald, Terence and Eric Palmer; Jim, Bruce, Mark and Paul Marcy; Bethany De Nicolo (Marcy) and all of their spouses, 18 grandchildren and 8 great grandchildren. Preceded by his wives, Ruth (May 1980) and Wilma (September 2012). There will a visitation on Saturday, January 24th at 3:00 pm at the First Congregational United Church of Christ, 6494 Belsay Road (corner of Belsay and Perry) Grand Blanc, MI 48439 with a celebration of life service to follow.
